The house stands in an extensive enclosed area of 5,000 square metres, covered in vegetation, and with its own swimming pool.
It has accommodation for 20 people, and its rooms are arranged on two floors. The ground floor houses a spacious entrance hall, a kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, and three double bedrooms.
The upper floor has a central hallway, four double bedrooms and a bathroom. The mansion has full central heating. The mansion can be rented for weekend stays or by the week throughout the year.

The mansion is surrounded by woods containing various types of trees, cultivated fields and two small lakes which, together with the architecture of the building, endow the place with a unique rural atmosphere. In addition, its position near to the Mediterranean motorway, the N-II highway and Catalonia's Eix Transversal (the east-west link), make it an excellent starting point for a wide diversity of cultural outings and sports activities.
